On this day 75 years ago, the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) was enacted. As Emily Bremer has flagged on the blog, the Administrative Conference of the United States has published a series of blog posts this week to celebrate the APA. And as I noted earlier this week, the George Mason Law Review is hosting its annual administrative law symposium on the subject this afternoon.
