The ABA Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice is pleased to announce its 2025 Spring Conference will again include a day of in-person academic paper workshops at the Royal Sonesta Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, on Thursday, May 8th, 2025. The workshops will provide the selected participants with an opportunity to receive useful feedback on both early- and later-stage scholarly work. All are invited to participate, including junior scholars and those considering entering academia.

We welcome abstracts and draft papers related to administrative law by Friday, March 7th, 2025. Please complete this form to submit your work (in PDF, please): forms.gle/wSMdQEujdDPjCHeAA.

Selections will be announced by Monday, March 24, 2025. If selected, there will be an opportunity to submit a revised draft by April 24th, 2025.

We are also looking for commenters. Each paper selected will be reviewed and commented on by at least one other scholar. We hope those who have submitted for feedback will also consider volunteering to serve as commenters for other papers. If you are interested in serving as a commenter but not planning to submit a paper, please email Amy Wildermuth indicating your interest at wilde389@umn.edu by Friday, March 7th.
