D.C. Circuit Review – Reviewed: An Examination of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit

A couple of weeks back I finished D.C. Circuit Review — Reviewed as a weekly series.* If you’re interested, I’ve penned a short essay about what I’ve learned from five year of posts. I’ve also attached the posts as an appendix so they are available in a single (control-F searchable) place.

Here’s the abstract:

Thanks everyone who helped, including the amazing team in the BYU Law Library and my extraordinary research assistants (I’m still compiling a complete list). Thanks Yale Journal on Regulation for letting me post here. And thanks readers. I confess that cringe at some of the posts and that if I had to do it again, I would have done some things differently. But on the whole, not a bad way to spend every Friday for five years!

* Emphasis on weekly.

D.C. Circuit Review – Reviewed is designed to help you keep track of the nation’s “second most important court” in just five minutes a week.
