The ABA Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice invites you to register for the 2023 Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice Institute and the Homeland Security Law Institute, both of which will be held virtually on April 27, 2023.

Our two annual conferences, which have been combined into one Virtual Live Event, will cover rulemaking, judicial review, adjudication, and an introduction to statutory interpretation, as well as panels from a retrospective on standing up the Department of Homeland Security, immigration law, the impact of January 6th on homeland security, and cybersecurity.

The 2023 Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice Institute and the Homeland Security Law Institute will request 6 Hours of CLE Credit for live participation in 4 panels. A detailed agenda with program descriptions and speakers is available here.
