On May 7, 2021, the ABA Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice will be holding our annual Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice Institute as well as our annual Homeland Security Law Institute. Both conferences will be virtual and in the same virtual conference room, so with one registration you can choose which panels to attend live (and get up to 6 hours of CLE) on that Friday. You will also be able to view the panels you missed for 30 days with your virtual pass (though CLE is only provided for the live attendance).

The Spring Practice Institute is a terrific program for newer lawyers as we have a variety of 101 panels. These panels are also great for more seasoned lawyers who want a refresher or are interested in current trends and developments. The Homeland Security Law Institute is the premier homeland security conference each year, with panels that cover all the current developments in the field (and there are so many with the change in presidential administration!).
