Seventh Annual Administrative Law New Scholarship Roundtable
The University of Minnesota Law School is delighted to host the Seventh Annual Administrative Law New Scholarship Roundtable this week, on June 22 and 23, here in Minneapolis. This rotating workshop has come to play a significant role in supporting administrative law scholarship and a sense of community among administrative law scholars. The works-in-progress that will be presented were chosen by the organizing committee from a large number of submissions received in response to a call for papers circulated in February. Each paper will receive feedback from a designated commentator, followed by a discussion of the paper among all participants. This year’s workshop features a great group of papers and participants. The workshop will also feature a lunchtime discussion of Administrative Subordination by Bijal Shah.
